Forest Lake put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They blew past the Roseville Raiders 15-1. With that win, the Rangers brought their scoring average up to 7.2 runs per game.

The team relied heavily on Karianne Drury, who scored three runs while going 2-for-3. She also put up two doubles, which were her first of the season. Another player making a difference was Maddie McCafferty, who scored a run while going 1-for-1.

Forest Lake always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .600. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

Forest Lake's victory bumped their record up to 5-0. As for Roseville, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Forest Lake will face off against Irondale at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Knights have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 12.2 runs per game on average), something the Rangers will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Roseville, they will square off against Stillwater at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The last three games the Ponies have played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
