Grasso Tech is 8-2 against Harvard Ellis Tech since February of 2020, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Tuesday. The Grasso Tech Eagles will be playing in front of their home fans against the Harvard Ellis Tech Eagles at 6:30 p.m. Hopefully Grasso Tech focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 11 on Friday.
Even though Vinal RVT scored an imposing 57 points, Grasso Tech still came out on top. Grasso Tech took their game against Vinal RVT 68-57.
Grasso Tech's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Jerry Santiago, who scored 13 points along with seven steals and five assists, and Charis Johnson, who scored 22 points along with eight rebounds and five assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Nick Stavesky, who scored seven points along with three steals and two blocks.
Meanwhile, Harvard Ellis Tech's recent rough patch got a bit rougher last Friday after their fifth straight loss. They were dealt a 76-45 loss at the hands of Norwich RVT.
The win got Grasso Tech back to even at 5-5. As for Harvard Ellis Tech, they bumped their record down to 1-7 with that defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.
Grasso Tech didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Harvard Ellis Tech when the teams last played on January 2nd, but they still walked away with a 61-55 victory.
