The Frankford Pioneers will head out on the road to face off against the Archbishop Carroll Patriots at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Frankford is coming into the contest hot, having won their last six games.

Keury Perez made a splash no matter where he played. He struck out 15 batters over six innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with three RBI, one run, and one double.
In other batting news, Reynaldo De Los Santos was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. Another player making a difference was Jeremy Vega, who went 2-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.
Frankford kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 15 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least eight hits in six consecutive games.
Archbishop Wood hit Archbishop Carroll with a seven-run fourth inning on Wednesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Patriots came up short against the Vikings, falling 13-3.
