Two teams were on the hunt for playoff glory, but only Yorkville walked away with it. They never let the Waubonsie Valley Warriors get on the board and left with a 10-0 victory on Tuesday. Considering the Foxes have won 14 contests by more than five runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Yorkville is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six games. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-12 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.0 runs over those games. As for Waubonsie Valley, they dropped their record down to 9-20 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Yorkville nor the Warriors have any future games scheduled.
