East Limestone lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Elkmont, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's matchup. Everything went the East Limestone Indians' way against the Elkmont Red Devils on Friday as the East Limestone Indians made off with a 10-3 win. The Indians might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.

East Limestone pushed their record up to 9-2 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Elkmont, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Limestone will head out to challenge Florence at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. East Limestone is facing Florence at the right time seeing as Florence is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
