Logan Jerry Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Milton Hershey's Logan Jerry, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Jerry rushed for 215 yards and three touchdowns on only nine carries, and also threw for 59 yards and a touchdown. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (107.1). His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his fourth straight game with at least 121 rushing yards.
The win (which was Milton Hershey's third in a row) raised their record to 5-4. Jerry and Milton Hershey will head out on the road to take on Susquehanna Township at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Joy Came Up Big in Trinity's 40-34 Defeat
Christian Joy continued his hot streak on Friday by dropping his fourth-straight game with at least 145 rushing yards. He rushed for 214 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 7.6 yards per carry. He really tore up the turf during one magnificent 84-yard run.
With the loss, Trinity broke their seven-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2. Joy and Trinity will challenge Middletown at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

JJ Gossard Delivers Best Performance of Season
East Pennsboro was led to victory by JJ Gossard, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Gossard rushed for 145 yards and three touchdowns on only 11 carries, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. His longest rush was for an impressive 56 yards, which helps to explain his lofty yards per carry total.
East Pennsboro pushed their record up to 6-3 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road. Gossard and East Pennsboro will face off against Big Spring on Friday.

Td Evans' Rushing Yards a New Career-High
Td Evans posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He threw for 202 yards and three touchdowns, and also rushed for 66 yards and two touchdowns on only eight carries.
Evans might have his next game, a home matchup with Milton Hershey, circled on his calendar. When Evans last faced the Spartans back in August of 2023, he threw for 168 yards and two touchdowns on only 12 passes, and also rushed for 43 yards and a touchdown.
