Central Christian Academy was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Victory College Prep apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.
Central Christian Academy lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Ky Baker, who scored 20 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Baker has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Josiah Riggins, who scored 13 points.
Central Christian Academy bumped their record down to 0-12 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home. As for Victory College Prep, their win bumped their record up to 6-9.
Central Christian Academy won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Traders Point Christian at 6:00 p.m. on January 19th. Hopefully Traders Point Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Saturday. As for Victory College Prep, they will head out on the road to challenge Franklin County at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
