Meanwhile, it was a hard-fought game, but Tulare Union had to settle for a 2-1 defeat against Dinuba on Thursday. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Tulare Union in their matchups with Dinuba: they've now lost three in a row.
Tulare Western's win bumped their record up to 14-8. As for Tulare Union, their defeat was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 5-11-2.
