Lithia Springs scored the most points they've had this season on Tuesday, but it wasn't enough. They were beaten by the Villa Rica Wildcats 62-25. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Wildcats apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January.

Lithia Springs dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight on the road. As for Villa Rica, their win ended a six-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 3-4.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lithia Springs will square off against South Paulding at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Villa Rica, they will face off against Kennesaw Mountain at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Villa Rica is facing Kennesaw Mountain at the right time seeing as Kennesaw Mountain is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
