Leading Sierra Vista to victory were Arlene Olivraes and Donnayja Gibson. Olivraes scored 21 points along with five steals, while Gibson dropped a double-double on 20 points and ten rebounds. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Olivraes has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Zoe Caballero, who scored eight points along with five steals.
Doral Academy Red Rock has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season. As for Sierra Vista, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 12-5.
