The Hudson Tigers will head out on the road to take on the Onsted Wildcats at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
Last Thursday, Hudson came up short against the Redwolves and fell 49-39. Hudson has struggled against the Redwolves recently, as their matchup on Thursday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Meanwhile, Onsted suffered a rough 63-43 loss at the hands of the Hornets on Thursday.
The losing side was boosted by JayElle Christian, who dropped a double-double on 25 points and 11 rebounds. It was the first time this season that she scored 15 or more points. The team also got some help courtesy of Maddie Borders, who scored three points along with eight steals and five assists.
Hudson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Onsted, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-8 record this season.
Hudson came up short against the Wildcats in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, falling 43-31. Can Hudson avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
