The Trinity Hillers will head out to take on the Elizabeth Forward Warriors at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Each of these teams will be battling to keep a three-game winning streak alive.
On Thursday, Trinity sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 4-3 victory over Moon Area.

Zachary Schrader tossed a big game, striking out six batters over six innings while giving up three earned runs off five hits. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high.
At the plate, Trinity got a big performance out of Ayvari Chandler, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. Those two stolen bases gave Chandler a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Matthew Robaugh, who went 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, two runs, and one double.
Meanwhile, while Elizabeth Forward put up some runs on Wednesday, the same can't be said for Uniontown. The Warriors blew past the Red Raiders 10-0. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won seven games by seven runs or more so far this season.
Charlie Nigut and Jacob Peterson made a splash no matter where they played. On the mound, Nigut pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. Meanwhile, Peterson didn't allow a single earned run while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Nigut has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in seven consecutive appearances. At bat, Nigut got on base in four of his five plate appearances with two stolen bases, two runs, and two doubles, while Peterson went 1-for-2 with two RBI and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Mitchell Vuick, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and one stolen base. JB Crovak also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.
Elizabeth Forward hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Uniontown struck out 13 times.
Elizabeth Forward's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-3. The road victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.5 runs over those games. As for Trinity, their record is now 10-8.
