Meanwhile, Denmark's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were dealt a 76-46 defeat at the hands of Milton. While losing is never fun, Denmark can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia basketball rankings (they are ranked 163rd, while Milton is ranked 26th).
South Forsyth has traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost six of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-11 record this season. As for Denmark, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-12.
South Forsyth skirted past Denmark 58-55 in their previous meeting on January 5th. The rematch might be a little tougher for South Forsyth since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
