South Plaquemines have had to suffer through a 3-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They were able to grind out a solid victory over Cohen on Friday, winning 19-8. That result was just more of the same for South Plaquemines, who also won the last time these teams played.
The win bumped South Plaquemines' record up to 1-3. The loss dropped Cohen's record to 1-3.
Next week South Plaquemines take on Bogalusa at 7:00 PM. South Plaquemines will be strutting in after a victory while Bogalusa will be stumbling in from a defeat. As for Cohen, they will face off against St. Martin's Episcopal.
