The Alonso Ravens won the last time they faced the Jefferson Dragons, and things went their way on Friday too. Alonso walked away with a 48-41 win over Jefferson. The win made it back-to-back wins for Alonso.
Camari Bell and Lazzaro Ford certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Bell scored 13 points, while Ford scored 12 points. Another player making a difference was Kavanagh Cooper, who scored six points.
Alonso's win bumped their record up to 8-9. As for Jefferson, their defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 5-12.
Alonso will take on Hillsborough at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Hillsborough has been dominant on offense recently, as they've racked up an incredible 324 points over their last five matches. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to challenge Chamberlain at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
