 In other batting news,  Luke Rokisky was  excellent,  scoring two  runs while going 1-for-3.  Josh Dehaven was another key contributor,  going 2-for-3 with three  RBI and a  double.
 Meanwhile, Lincoln scored the most  runs they've had all season to find success  on Wednesday. They were the clear victor by  a  23-4 margin over Robert C. Byrd. With that  win, Lincoln brought their scoring average up to 6.9  runs per game.
  Dillon Shaw was  incredible,  firing off two  home runs and nine  RBI while going 3-for-4. Another player making a difference was  Colton Edwards, who  scored three  runs while going 3-for-5.
 Doddridge County pushed their record up to 6-6 with that  victory, which was their fourth straight  at home. As for Lincoln, the  win was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 6-12.
