There's no place like home for the Tolono Unity Rockets, who bounced back after a tough loss on the road last Saturday. They walked away with a 54-46 victory over Warrensburg-Latham on Monday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Tolono Unity also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2023.
It was another big night for Raegen Stringer, who scored 29 points along with seven steals. That makes it six consecutive games in which she has scored at least a third of Tolono Unity's points. Another player making a difference was Addison Ray, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Tolono Unity has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-21.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tolono Unity will face off against the Spartans at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Warrensburg-Latham, they will head out on the road to square off against the Rams at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Shelbyville focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 17 last Thursday.
