With a playoff win on the line, Lone Star rose to the challenge on Friday. They managed a 56-52 victory over the Aledo Bearcats. The Rangers' win was nothing new given the team hasn't lost yet this season.

Lone Star will take on Smithson Valley in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Smithson Valley's defense has only allowed 10.5 points per game this season, so Lone Star's offense will have their work cut out for them. Aledo does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
