Vicksburg had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 12-15 on Tuesday that streak is in the rearview. They put the hurt on the Plainwell Trojans with a sharp 13-1 win. Vicksburg let Grace Zimmerman and Kayla Chisholm run wild. Zimmerman went 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI, while Chisholm went a perfect 2-for-2 with three runs, three RBI, and one stolen base. Those three hits gave Zimmerman a new career-high. Makenzie Rose was another key player, getting on base in all four of her plate appearances with one triple, one run, and one RBI.
