Booker T. Washington found their leader in underclassman Joc Mitchell, who scored 16 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Mitchell has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Mason Matulis, who scored 17 points.
Dove Science Academy's loss dropped their record down to 0-7. As for Booker T. Washington, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 10-1.
Dove Science Academy will be playing at home against Claremore Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Claremore Christian is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses. Booker T. Washington won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Will Rogers College at 5:30 p.m. on January 19th. Will Rogers College will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 226th, while Booker T. Washington is ranked 17th).
