Eastern had to skate by with only a one-set margin when they last took the court, which might have inspired the three-set drubbing they dealt Central on Tuesday. The Eagles were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Yellow Jackets. For the Eagles, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win the Yellow Jackets walked away with the last time they faced one another back in September of 2024.

Eastern's victory bumped their record up to 5-9. As for Central, their loss was their third straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 10-5-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Eastern will host Bullitt Central at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Central, they will take on Atherton at 6:30 p.m. on the 25th.
