Coon Rapids came into Saturday's match looking for another win against Irondale, but Jake Dedominces wouldn't allow it. The Irondale Knights came out on top against the Coon Rapids Cardinals by a score of 72-64 on Saturday thanks in part to Dedominces, who almost dropped a double-double on 22 points and nine boards. His afternoon made it 18 games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points.

Another player making a difference was Cameron Cramble, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and ten boards. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in blocks (five).

Irondale's victory ended an 18-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 4-6. As for Coon Rapids, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Irondale will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for Coon Rapids, they will face off against Two Rivers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
