Cape Henry Collegiate has enjoyed the comforts of home their last two games, but now they'll head out on the road. They will challenge the Peninsula Catholic Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Even though Steward scored an imposing 61 points on Friday, Cape Henry Collegiate still came out on top. Cape Henry Collegiate walked away with a 69-61 victory over the Spartans.
Meanwhile, Peninsula Catholic strolled past the Wolverines with points to spare on Saturday, taking the game 68-52. The win made it back-to-back wins for Peninsula Catholic.
Cape Henry Collegiate's win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-13. As for Peninsula Catholic, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 12 of their last 13 games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-8 record this season.
Cape Henry Collegiate came up short against the Knights in their previous matchup back in January of 2023, falling 62-58. Can Cape Henry Collegiate avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
