Shepherd Hill Regional extended the longest winning streak in Southern Worcester County - A this week by beating Gardner, 20-0. The victory was the fourth in a row for the team.
Grafton Memorial moved up to 60 from 94 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in the league. The Indians climbed the ranks as a result of a 10-0 win over Leicester.
Shepherd Hill Regional's offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Drew Ravenelle threw for 28 yards and Brad Picard had 28 yards receiving. On the ground Picard chipped in 82 yards.
Shepherd Hill Regional's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Rams feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Ravenelle has thrown for 83 yards this season, while Picard has two catches for 60 yards. Picard leads the league in rushing with 356 yards.
A big matchup in Southern Worcester County - A this week will be when Chris Lindstrom's team takes on Auburn. The Rams are in first place, while the Rockets are in third place.
Auburn took down Millbury 36-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
