Spencer County's loss came despite strong showings from Ella Brown and Skyler Mills. Brown scored 10 points along with 5 rebounds, while Mills scored 9 points. The match was Brown's third in a row with at least ten points.
Spencer County's defeat dropped their record down to 2-1. As for Bardstown, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
