Meanwhile, Libby was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a blow against Bigfork, falling 41-9. While losing is never fun, the Loggers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Montana football rankings (they are ranked 46th, while the Vikings & Valkyries are ranked eighth).
The win got Corvallis back to even at 2-2. As for Libby, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-3.
