The Southeast Lancers lost against the Jasper Eagles back in December of 2022, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. Southeast fell 58-51 to Jasper.
Southeast's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Teagan Warner, who scored 22 points along with 9 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Eliz White, who scored 11 points along with 8 rebounds.
Southeast's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Jasper, their victory bumped their record up to 4-2.
Southeast will face off against Liberal at TBD on Friday. As for Jasper, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Lockwood at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
