As a matter of fact, that's the most points Summerson has scored all season. Wyatt Uken was another key contributor, scoring seven points along with eight rebounds.
Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco]'s success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Cole Liby led the charge by scoring 13 points along with eight rebounds. Liby set a new season high mark in steals with two. Another player making a difference was Kye Chase, who scored 12 points along with eight rebounds.
Wakefield's defeat was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 0-5. As for Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco], they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Wakefield will be home for the holidays to greet Canton-Galva on Tuesday. Canton-Galva presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Wakefield in Kansas (Canton-Galva is ranked 171st, while Wakefield is ranked 350th). As for Southern Cloud co-op [Miltonvale/Glasco], they will head out on the road to face off against St. John's/Tipton Catholic at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Hopefully St. John's/Tipton Catholic focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Saturday.
