Circle Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Connor Lion, who scored 19 points along with 8 rebounds. The matchup was Lion's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Noah Whisler, who scored 12 points along with 6 steals.
Family Christian Academy's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-7. As for Circle Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 1-4.
Family Christian Academy will play host again and welcome Eastland Christian, where tip off is scheduled for TBD on Thursday. As for Circle Christian, they will head out on the road to face off against Crooms Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
