After four games on the road, Wewoka is heading back home. They will take on the Holdenville Wolverines at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Wewoka will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Oklahoma Rankings (they are ranked 146th, while Holdenville is ranked 13th).
Last Thursday, Wewoka had to suffer through a rough 67-35 loss at the hands of North Rock Creek.
Meanwhile, Holdenville was able to grind out a solid win over Hugo on Saturday, taking the game 60-51.
Kase Sipes was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mike Piza, who scored 10 points.
Their wins bumped Wewoka to 2-2 and North Rock Creek to 2-0.
