The West Craven Eagles lost against the Farmville Central Jaguars back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. West Craven was outmatched by Farmville Central at home and fell 76-49. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for West Craven in their matchups with Farmville Central: they've now lost seven in a row.
Despite the loss, West Craven still got an impressive performance from Ted Wactor, who scored 11 points along with six rebounds. Amari Boomer was another key contributor, scoring six points along with ten rebounds.
West Craven's defeat dropped their record down to 10-7. As for Farmville Central, the win was the 14th in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 21-1.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Greene Central the next time they take the court. West Craven will head out to face Greene Central at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Farmville Central will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
