Troyer dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 rebounds, while Mast scored 22 points along with six rebounds and four steals. The match was Mast's sixth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Carli Welfley, who scored five points.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tome will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Calvary Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on January 2, 2024. As for Greenwood Mennonite, they will head out on the road to face off against Seaside Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Seaside Christian Academy will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in their respective state's rankings (they are ranked 114th in Maryland, while Greenwood Mennonite is ranked 11th in Delaware).
