This season hasn't been kind to the Bulkeley Bulldogs, who are still winless after their fourth matchup. They were the victim of a tough 66-46 loss at the hands of Windham RVT on Saturday.
Leading Windham RVT to victory were Desmen Gaston and Brady Marsh. Gaston scored 14 points along with seven assists and five rebounds, while Marsh scored 26 points along with five assists and five rebounds. Those five rebounds set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Colby Dunnack, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.
Bulkeley's loss was their third straight at home, which bumped their record down to 0-4. As for Windham RVT, they now have a winning record of 3-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bulkeley will take on Capital Prep at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Connecticut (Capital Prep is ranked 141st, while Bulkeley is ranked 142nd). As for Windham RVT, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Rockville at 12:00 p.m.
