Gavin Flake posted a new career-high in strikeouts on Tuesday. As a matter of fact, he produced his best game of the campaign: he struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than two walks in four consecutive appearances.
