Lancaster is 0-3 against Corsicana since December of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Lancaster Tigers will be playing at home against the Corsicana Tigers at 7:15 p.m. Lancaster is coming into the matchup on a five-game losing streak.
Last Tuesday, Lancaster suffered a tough 12-1 defeat at the hands of Forney. Lancaster has not had much luck with Forney recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Meanwhile, Corsicana put the finishing touches on their fifth blowout victory of the season on Friday. They put the hurt on Crandall with a sharp 5-1 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for Corsicana.
Lancaster's defeat was their seventh straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 1-9. As for Corsicana, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4-1.
Lancaster suffered a grim 5-0 defeat to Corsicana when the teams last played back in March of 2023. Can Lancaster avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
