Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a  season-high score is even better (just ask Unioto). They were the clear victors by  a  15-4 margin over the Southeastern Panthers on Wednesday. The result was nothing new for the Shermans, who have now won seven games by six  runs or more  so far this season.
 Logan Perdew looked comfortable as he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs off   one  hit.
 At the plate,  Jaxon Zickafoose was a standout: he went 2-for-3 with three  runs, one  stolen base,  and two  RBI. That's the most  RBI  he has posted  over his last ten  matches. The team also got some help courtesy of  Keegan Snyder, who  went 2-for-3 with three  runs, one  triple,  and two  RBI.
 Unioto  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .618. That's the best  OBP they've posted all season.
The  victory (which was Unioto's third in a row) raised their record to 13-6. Those  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.7 runs on average over those games. As for Southeastern, their defeat  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 5-8.

The two teams have allowed few  runs on average (the Shermans 2.8, the Pioneers 3.7) so any  runs scored will be well earned.
