Last Wednesday, Ocosta got the win against Taholah by a conclusive 19-1. While fans of Ocosta might be used to big wins, the 18-run margin marked the team's biggest one yet.
Joanah Rosander made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She struck out seven batters over three innings while giving up no earned run off two hits (and not a single walk). Rosander has been consistent recently: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive pitching appearances. Rosander was also big at the plate, scoring three runs and stealing a base while getting on base in all three of her plate appearances.
