Robert Tripp Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Starting off the list is Northwood's Robert Tripp, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Tripp rushed for 126 yards and four touchdowns on only 12 carries. The performance once again pushed his average rushing yardage north of 100 yards per game (100.4).
Graham's probably not too fond of Tripp given he always seems to get the better of them. Tripp picked up 55 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also rushed for 50 yards and a touchdown the last time he and the Red Devils duked it out back in October of 2023.

Devin Witherspoon and Co. Win Fifth in a Row
Devin Witherspoon's big game helped extend Cummings's winning streak to five on Friday. Witherspoon's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 101 rushing yards. He got the majority of those rushing yards when he took off on a run that went for an incredible 56 yards.
Cummings pushed their record up to 6-1 with the win, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. Witherspoon and Cummings will square off against Northwood at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Another Game with at Least 169 Rushing Yards from Brandon Powell
Brandon Powell's big game helped extend North Moore's winning streak to three on Friday. Powell's rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 169 rushing yards.
This season, Powell has run in 12 touchdowns while averaging 148.9 rushing yards per game.

Southeast Alamance Wins Seventh-Straight Thanks to Drew Easter
Drew Easter's big game helped extend Southeast Alamance's winning streak to seven on Friday. Bartlett Yancey had no answer to Easter as he picked up 21 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Southeast Alamance's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Easter and Southeast Alamance have the luxury of staying home for another week and will welcome Seaforth at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.

Jaidyn Briskey's big game helped extend Cummings's winning streak to five on Friday. Briskey wasn't messing around, rushing for 51 yards and two touchdowns. The contest was his fourth straight with two or more rushing touchdowns. He also deserves a shoutout for his performance on D, picking up two sacks, forcing a fumble, and making two total tackles.
For the season, Briskey has run in 15 touchdowns while averaging 122.4 rushing yards per game.
