Fosita continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last five games he's played. Hunter can finally bid farewell to their three-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They secured a 78-73 W over Juan Diego Catholic.
Cyprus' victory bumped their record up to 5-16. As for Hunter, their win ended a five-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-13.
Cyprus was able to grind out a solid victory over Hunter when the teams last played back in January, winning 71-59. One of the biggest obstacles the team faced in that game was Hunter's Dominick Phannolath, who scored 26 points along with seven rebounds and two steals.
