Oswayo Valley came into this matchup off a tough 11-run defeat on Monday. This time they kept things ultra-competitive, but unfortunately the final result was the same. Isaiah Goode was cooking despite his team's loss, going 3-for-4 with three stolen bases, three RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Hunter Worthington, who went 1-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Landon Barkley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched seven innings while giving up just one earned run off six hits. He has been nothing but reliable: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in three consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Tavyn MacDonell, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and one run.

The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal. Oswayo Valley has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 3.9 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Bolivar-Richburg struggles in that department as they've been averaging 8.5 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Oswayo Valley suffered a grim 12-2 defeat to Bolivar-Richburg when the teams last played back in May of 2022. Can the Green Wave avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
