It was a good run, but Somerset unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Saturday. They lost 70-48 to the Bell County Bobcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Briar Jumpers have suffered since February 6th.

Somerset's loss dropped their record down to 5-3. As for Bell County, the victory (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Somerset will face off against Rockcastle County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Bell County, they will venture away from home to take on Antioch at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. One thing working in Antioch's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven matches.
