Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Conant). They never let the Winnisquam Bears get on the board and left with a 19-0 win on Wednesday. The Orioles have beaten the Bears the last four times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Bears has come to flipping the script.

Conant's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Winnisquam, they dropped their record down to 3-2 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.

Coming up, Conant will head out to square off against Derryfield at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Orioles 1.6, the Cougars 4) so any runs scored will be well earned. As for Winnisquam, they will host Bishop Brady at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
