Karson Fox was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double on 23 points and 15 rebounds. He has been hot recently, having posted 11 or more rebounds the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Ty Walker, who scored six points along with four steals.
Maxwell's loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-13. As for Los Molinos, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 15-12 record this season.
Maxwell didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Los Molinos when the teams last played back in January, but they still walked away with a 44-39 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Maxwell since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
