St. Thomas More came into Tuesday's matchup looking for another win against Dominican, but Gabby Johnson wouldn't allow it. The Knights blew past the Cavaliers 3-0 on Tuesday with plenty of help from Johnson, who had 17 digs and one assist. She has been hot for a while, having posted ten or more digs the last ten times she's played.

Dominican didn't let St. Thomas More take a single set, but it sure wasn't easy: every set was decided by three points or less. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-23, 26-24, 25-22.

Dominican moved to 21-8 with that win, which also ended their three-match losing streak. As for St. Thomas More, their loss ended a four-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-10.

Dominican and St. Thomas More should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps Wisconsin Rankings. The Knights will take on Martin Luther at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday with a big rank advantage (75 vs. 340). Meanwhile, St. Thomas More (ranked 64th) will meet Shoreland Lutheran (ranked 266th) at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
