St. Cecilia won the last time they faced Aquinas and things went their way on Saturday too. The Bluehawks walked away with a 2-0 win over the Monarchs. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bluehawks.

Payton Sullivan paced St. Cecilia's offense, picking up eight kills. Sullivan got some help from Kathryn Vanskiver and her 19 assists. Kerrigan Vargas controlled things from the service line, finishing with six aces.

St. Cecilia has also opened the season with a perfect 2-0 record. As for Aquinas, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

St. Cecilia wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-0 defeat against Kearney Catholic on the 30th. As for Aquinas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Exeter-Milligan/Friend on the 2nd.
