Stanley Smart Jr. had another great game (as he tends to do), rushing for 108 yards and two touchdowns on only nine carries. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high.

Coming up, Benedictine will head out to challenge Ware County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The Gators' defense has only allowed 12.8 points per game this season, so the Cadets' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Westminster, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Cambridge at 7:30 p.m. on October 3.
