4A District 10 Top Player Performances of the Week
Congratulations to this week's top players! We're covering the best performances from Friday's football action (using all statistics entered as of the time of writing). Enjoy!
A Season-Best Performance from Antonio Muniz Leads Gulf over Fivay
On Friday, Gulf had to settle for second even though Antonio Muniz put up the best numbers he has all season. Muniz rushed for 178 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 7.7 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in November of 2023. His rushing production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 131 rushing yards dating back to last season.
Muniz must have Fivay's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. Muniz rushed for 202 yards and five touchdowns while picking up 7.5 yards per carry, and also picked up 86 receiving yards the last time he and the Falcons duked it out back in October of 2023.
