Andrew Sherman, who rushed for four touchdowns. The scores gave the senior 29 touchdowns for the year.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by
Bailey Anderson to
Saile Daimwood in the first quarter, the Knights were up 42-0 at the half.
Gilbert Christian expanded its lead to 48 points entering the fourth quarter. GC scored once in the quarter on a touchdown run by Daimwood.
With the win the Gilbert school extended its winning streak to nine games. Gilbert Christian defeated Mesa Prep 92-50 last week.
The Knights came in allowing an average of 26.0 points per game this season.
The loss was the fourth in a row for the Gila Monsters.
