They claimed a resounding 33-6 victory over Non Varsity Tournament Opponent at home. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Van Horn also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2022.
Van Horn found their leader in underclassman Malia Bermudez, who scored 9 points along with 7 rebounds and 4 steals. Another player making a difference was Amy Garcia, who scored 4 points along with 6 steals.
Van Horn is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 3-4 record this season. As for Non Varsity Tournament Opponent, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost eight of their last ten contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 14-40 record this season.
