Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Lincoln). Everything went their way against the Central Crossing Comets on Thursday as they made off with a 7-0 win. The high-scoring effort was just what Lincoln needed considering they were shut out in their previous matchup.

They hit Central Crossing with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Megan Foulke (Capt) (4), Katie Donovan (Capt), Keelyn McGinn, and Lauren LaCross.

Lincoln picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 3-4-1. As for Central Crossing, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.

Lincoln wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next game, a 3-2 defeat against Highland on the 13th. As for Central Crossing, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 7-0 win against Grove City Christian on the 16th.
